Terms of sale

1. Object

These general terms govern the sale of Atelier Léman products on the atelierleman.ch website.

2. Pre-order model

Our first collection is sold as pre-order. The total price is paid in full at checkout: CHF 149 for Lépine models, CHF 179 for Savonnette models. Delivery scheduled for end of July 2026.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included for orders within Switzerland. For orders outside Switzerland, local taxes and customs duties are at your expense.

4. Order

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. You receive an email confirmation after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payments secured by Shopify Payments / Stripe. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Full payment charged at checkout.

6. Shipping

Free in Switzerland · CHF 15 international. Details: shipping & returns page.

7. Cancellation and returns

Until May 22, 2026: free cancellation, full refund.

After May 22, 2026: non-refundable as production has started.

After delivery: 14 days to return an unused product (Swiss CO art. 40).

8. Warranty

2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects (Swiss CO art. 197).

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order amount. In case of force majeure delaying production by more than 90 days, full refund guaranteed.

10. Applicable law

Terms subject to Swiss law. Any dispute brought before the courts of the canton of Jura.
