Atelier Léman respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the GDPR.

Data collected

When you place an order we collect: first and last name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), payment information (processed by Stripe / Shopify Payments, never stored by us).

Use

Your data is used only to: process your order, ship your products, inform you of status, answer your questions, send our newsletter (only if you subscribed).

Sharing

Data shared only with: carrier (DHL, Swiss Post), payment processor (Stripe, Shopify), hosting provider (Shopify). We NEVER sell your data to third parties.

Retention

Order data kept for 10 years (Swiss accounting obligation). Marketing data kept as long as you remain subscribed.
