Shipping

All orders ship from Switzerland starting end of July 2026 (after production finishes).

All shipments are tracked. You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the carrier takes possession.

Note: for orders outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes are at your expense.

Returns

Before production (until May 22, 2026)

Free cancellation, full refund within 5 business days.

After production starts (after May 22, 2026)

Orders become non-refundable as we have committed manufacturing costs.

After delivery

14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping at your expense (except in case of confirmed product defect).

Refund processed within 5 business days of return receipt.

Warranty

Legal warranty: 2 years (art. 197 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). If your adapter has a manufacturing defect, reach out with a photo to contact@atelierleman.ch. Reply within 48h.
